The marvelous Museum of Science and Industry (MSI) in Chicago is a case in point as this is situated in Jackson Park, in the Hyde Park neighborhood adjacent to Lake Michigan. Another exhibit which will cause you to remember the WW II are the display of warplanes a Ju 87 R-2/Trop, Stuka divebomber and a Supermarine Spitfire donated by the British government. There are also several U.S. Navy warship models on display and a flight simulator for the new F-35 Lightning II. On the other hand a huge model of a human heart which is big enough to walk through and see and discover how the inside and outside of it is also displayed. Other fascinating exhibits are the Apollo 8 spacecraft which took Frank Borman, James Lovell and William Anders on the first lunar orbital mission; Scott Carpenter's Mercury Atlas 7 spacecraft, a lunar Module trainer and a life-size mock up of a space shuttle.
